3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create a Post Pal account.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to you.

5. Instagram and Meta Integration

You remain responsible for complying with Meta's applicable platform terms and policies.

Meta may modify, restrict, or revoke API access at its discretion.

Post Pal cannot guarantee continued availability of particular Instagram or Meta integrations.

6. TikTok Integration

Post Pal may use TikTok's official developer APIs to provide approved account and content information.

Users must authorize access through TikTok's supported authentication and permission systems.

Post Pal only requests API permissions needed for supported features.

Users remain subject to TikTok's applicable terms and policies.

7. YouTube, Twitch, and Kick

Post Pal may connect with supported video and livestreaming platforms using their official APIs.

Users are responsible for compliance with the applicable terms and policies of each connected service.

Post Pal may retrieve information authorized by the user from connected services.

Such information is used to provide requested features, including account and content performance dashboards.

Information is processed in accordance with the Post Pal Privacy Policy and applicable platform developer requirements.

Post Pal does not sell connected account information to advertisers.

12. Free and Paid Features

Post Pal may offer free features and optional paid plans or subscriptions.

Pricing, billing terms, renewal arrangements, and included features will be disclosed before a user purchases a paid service.

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep Post Pal available and functioning, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, technical problems, network outages, or third-party API changes may temporarily affect functionality.

Post Pal does not guarantee particular follower growth, engagement, revenue, or content performance outcomes.

Your use of Post Pal is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information and connected account data are processed.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.

16. Account Termination

Post Pal is an independent service and is not owned or operated by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Twitch, or Kick.

Third-party services maintain independent terms, policies, and technical systems.

Post Pal is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or supported features.

21. Governing Law
